Fast, mostly friendly service. Ice cream tastes good, there are other varieties as well. However, something should be done about the coffee specialties. Do not want to say cheap beans used, but the best beans are not. The coffee tasted somehow sour. We'll come back anyway.

A must if we visit grandpa in Langenfeld! The ice cream is delicious and the service always friendly. We are always warmly welcomed and feel at the "Knutschbär" as if we belong to the family. Unfortunately, we are only there about 2 times a year, we would like to have a great ice cream parlor in Baden-Württemberg! We miss you when we are not in Langenfeld ... but the next excursion is already planned ...
